Energy events: Seminar on wind power and nature conservation - two inseparable siblings (Kopie 1)

November 28, 2024 - Vienna

When: November 28, 2024, 9:30-14:30
Where: Vienna (exact location will be announced upon registration) or online

With Michael Plank and a contribution to the discussion by Florian Berl. Wind power and nature conservation are always a source of friction because they have to take place in the same natural area. In nature conservation, certain species are identified as particularly sensitive to wind power. These include certain bird and bat species. In this seminar, these species and what wind power contributes to their protection will be discussed in specialist presentations.
