EWS Power Trailer

A constant and reliable power supply is essential for a modern measurement system. In order to guarantee proper functioning, without measurement failures, a certain amount of power and supply capacity is necessary depending on location, season and type of system including type of sensors. The EWS Power Trailer uses solar energy and a backup generator to charge a special battery system. In this way a constant and reliable power supply is guaranteed even under extreme temperatures and weather conditions. Modern and extensive mast measurements with heated sensors, obstruction lights and additional batcorders as well as LIDAR instruments can be easily supplied with power from the EWS Power Trailer. In principle, the EWS Power Trailer can be used as an autonomous power supply for all kinds of equipment with a continuous load of up to approximately 200 watts.
